Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Program - CBC has
recently re-enrolled in the Kroger program. CBC will be benefited every time you shop
at Kroger and use your enrolled KrogerPlus Card, as Kroger will contribute a percentage
of your eligible purchases to the CBC & Kroger Donation fund. Please pick up the Customer
Letter that is in the back of the FLC on the usher's table to enroll and read more about

To reserve any room or equipment, please complete
the Request for Reservation green form which is available in the reception area or
click here to download. Please place the form in
William Lai's box in the reception area. All requests are to go directly to William only.

Please coordinate any requests for Family Announcements
(during service) with Kai Yuen Choi by Tuesday of the previous week. Doing
so will enable all worship support personnel to be adequately briefed and prepared.
Also, for any announcement to be included in the bulletin,
please give the actual text of the announcement to William Lai at williaml@cbchouston.org

Use of the FLC during weekdays - for ball games only.
The FLC will be open during the following hours:
Tuesday-7:00-10:00 pm for Basketball (whole court);
Wednesday-7:00-9:30 pm for Basketball, Badminton, and Ping Pong;
Thursday-8:00-11:00 pm for Volleyball (whole court).
For further arrangements, please call the Church Office during office hours and

Additional Parking Space is available
at the Hunters Creek Village City Hall and Wells Fargo Bank on Sundays.
We are asking for volunteers to park at these locations and keep the church
parking lot open for the visitors and first timers. If you park at
the bank, please keep the Night Depositor area clear. Your cooperation

Food Services - one of our beloved members
donated a Coke machine to Chinese Baptist Church. The sales proceeds will go towards
our building fund. Please help recycle the aluminum cans; there is a designated
can by the Coke Machine for ALUMINUM CANS ONLY. The funds made from the recycled
cans will also go towards the building fund as well. If you have any questions,
please contact Morgan Lee or Steven Toy in Food Service. (added 01/21/08)
Reminder: Please do not hang flyers/posters on the
walls or doors, only on the bulletin boards. All flyers/posters must also be approved

Weekly NTT forum: If you have
any questions for our Transition Team, the NTT wants to hear from you! The
NTT members will be available on a monthly basis (2nd Sunday of the month)in Room
FLC 2 from 12:30 - 1 pm to take your comments and questions.
Answers to questions submitted (email or suggestion box) will also be available

To assist our ushers in minimizing
disruptions during Worship Service, please do not sit in sections that
are roped off until the ushers remove the ropes. Please also keep aisles
and chairs clear by leaving large bags and packages at the table in the

Visual Aids at Worship. In order
to have better coordination and approval, if any ministry group needs to
present any kind of visual aids during worship, please let our administrator,
William Lai, know no later than Monday prior to the Sunday that visual

There is a Recycling Bin on the church
property. We encourage everyone to use the bin to recycle paper materials.
