A Town hall meeting is scheduled for Sunday, July 27
to present the following:
presentation and discussion of CBC's proposed Membership Covenant, facilitated by the
Membership Committee and the Discipleship/Membership AP sub-team.
presentation and discussion of the new church-wide communication system, facilitated
by the Communications AP sub-team.
Crossroads invites you to participate in donating
school supplies for the new school year. All school supplies will be donated to the
Fort Bend County Women's Center benefiting the Alief ISD, Fort Bend ISD, HISD, Lamar
CISD, and Stafford MISD school districts. Please drop off school supplies in front
of the church office on Sunday, July 20-Sunday, August 10. Money donations will also
be accepted and can be dropped off with any Crossroads member in Room 236. Thank you
for your donations.
The Training AP Sub-team will run the following DVD's from
the 7 Laws of the Teacher series on Saturday, August 9 from 9:30 am-1:30 pm.
DVD #1 & 2 in Room 211
DVD #3 & 4 in Room 238
DVD #5, 6, & 7 in the Library.
Lunch will be provided at $3. Please RSVP for lunch with Jeannie Moon.
CBC Talent Show - Sunday, August 23, 5:00-9:00 pm in
the FLC. God has given our community so much talent! Grab your family and friends -
form a group (no solos please) and create a performance to show it off! Groups are not
limited to blood relatives. Dinner price to be announced later. For more info or if

Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Program - CBC has
recently re-enrolled in the Kroger program. CBC will be benefited every time you shop
at Kroger and use your enrolled KrogerPlus Card, as Kroger will contribute a percentage
of your eligible purchases to the CBC & Kroger Donation fund. Please pick up the Customer
Letter that is in the back of the FLC on the usher's table to enroll and read more about
this program or download .pdf.
For all parents: due to the recent false alarm incident,
please monitor your child's behavior to prevent future false alarm episodes. Failing
to do this may cause the parent to pay the fine for the false alarm service call.
During the summer, there will be no Chinese School and ESL
classes. All doors in the Education Building will be locked at 2:00 pm.
FUNdamental Basketball Clinic
- K - 8th Grade Childrren & Youth Basketball Clinic (Boys & Girls) every Saturday
