Automated Phone System  自動化電話系統

Calls to the church office before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. and weekends are handled by the Automated Phone System.
凡在辦公時間﹝上午九 時至下午五時﹞及週末 ，均由自動化電話系統 處理.

The phone system will take you through a menu. (You can bypass the automated system at any time by pressing "0" or the staff's extension.)
電話系統將你帶進一個指令。 ﹝你隨時可以按0，或直接 撥同工的分號，就可越過 此自動化電話系統。

The First set of menus is your choice of language:
第一組指令是選擇你的語 言：

For English 英語 Press 按 2
For Cantonese 粵語 Press 按 3
For Mandarin 國語 Press 按 4

The Second set of menus are as follows:
(You can bypass this menu to reach a staff member by entering his/her extension)
第二組指令如下： ﹝若要越這項指令，只要撥 分號就可直接與同工通話 。﹞

For Staff Directory 同工分號指南 Press 按 2
For Directions to the Church 教會位置 Press 按 3
For Worship Service Schedule 辦公時間及主日活動 Press 按 4

Please note: Once you enter the extension of the staff member that you are calling, if he/she is not present, the phone will be silent on your end but the phone is ringing at his/her location. His/her outgoing message will play after 4 rings; you can then leave your message.
請注意：一旦你直撥同工 分號，若同工不在，在連 線時你要稍後，待響四聲 之後，就可以留話了.
