New Sanctuary Information

1. The target date for the entry and dedication of our new sanctuary is Sunday, July 6, 2014 at 10:00 am. Plan to keep that special date available so you can participate and bring family and friends to celebrate as well.
2. Schedule of Worship Times and Events:
   a. In anticipation of three (3) worship services utilizing the sanctuary, some adjustments will be made beginning Sunday, July 13, 2014 to the worship time schedule.
   
   
   • English congregational worship will be moved back to 10:00 - 11:00 am.
   • Cantonese congregational worship will be moved back to 11:15 am - 12:15 pm.
   • Mandarin service will be moved back to 11:15 am - 12:15 pm in the Chapel/Library.
   • Sometime towards the autumnal months, a traditional-style worship service will start from 8:45 - 9:45 am.
   b. Sunday School and other events schedule will reflect the time adjustment.
   
   
   • English Sunday School will be from 11:15 am - 12:15 pm.
   • Cantonese and Mandarin Sunday School will be from 10:00 - 11:00 am.
   • Lunch will begin in the FLC at 12:30 pm.
   • ESL and Medical ESL classes will be after lunch.
   • Chinese School will remain at the present time.
   c. The expansive foyer in the building will serve as a place for gathering, assimilating and fellowshipping as people come into and out of the worship services. There will be a coffee bar with furniture to facilitate hot beverages, a book table/store area, an information booth and assorted couches for conversations and ministries. The foyer will also connect the threee buildings together for easy indoor access.
   
   
   d. There will be more parking spaces available than before the construction, but we still anticipate a need to utilize offsite parking. We want to thank you for being considerate if you have been parking offsite thus far, and we want to thank the shuttle crew who worked at helping in this area.
